In my case, I think my shoulder and back is riddled with knots.
Ever since my roommate bought one of those door hooking pull up bars, we've been doing pull ups recently. The thing is none of us have been warming up and just jump right into it. I think that is one of the factor that has been messing with my shoulders and back.
The other thing is, I recently purchased Slay the Spire. Well... I figured that since I wasn't working on the weekend, and Monday is a public holiday... might as well play a new game over the long weekend.

... and I've spent >50% of it on the game itself...
I'm starting to think that my long weekend activity was one of the cause of my back and shoulder problems too :p The game is mad addicting, lots of the "just one more game" kind of thing going on, and little did you know it's 9pm already (which is funny, because I put my rice in the rice cooker at 6pm, only to find out it's already 9pm when I decided to stop playing). This is a very dangerous game, and I probably shouldn't touch it very often.
The Ironclad's fine, is simple. The Defect is fun. I don't know how to play the Silent, that one's tough...
My body was so ruined that I couldn't go through the entire class of kickboxing. My body just could not keep up.
Got home and got my roommate to massage for me, in return I have to help him play some online Othello (or reversi, for you North Americans) game. I've basically grew up playing Othello with my mom, since it's the only board game she would play with me, so that game was fine. When he's done massaging my shoulders, I decided to watch him play the game. It was painful... he always goes for the most points and gets punished for it. Othello is an interesting game in a sense that in the early game, you gotta go slow. This game is very much "tortoise vs hare" thing. He decided to be the hare and just rush for points. Guess what, when the board is filled with your pieces, there's no where else to go but to give surrender your pieces to the opponent. I watched for a few minutes and left. One of my cons is that when it comes to games like these, I tend to boss people around. This time, I kept my mouth shut. And then I left because it's baddddd (He got thrashed that game, like absolutely destroyed). I tried to tell him to go slow but he couldn't understand it, "why do you want to take 1 piece from the opponent when you can take 4 his with this move?" (because once you take 4 of his, he can take 6 of yours). Greedy greedy boi.
Right after the massage, my body gets really itchy. I always wondered, how come right after a massage your body gets real itchy? I remember the Massage Master back in Malaysia once said that "if it's itchy, it means it worked", so I googled up the reason. Well, he wasn't wrong. I think the science behind it is that now there's a sudden rush of blood flow in that part of your body as the knot opens up. Usually, a sudden rush of blood in your body happens when you're excited or exercising or stuff like that, so your body thinks that is going on. Because of that, the muscles around the area starts getting "excited" due to the huge influx of blood flow, despite at the time you're passive and hella relax. That muscle excitement, when you ain't expecting it, is then perceived as itch.
That's what I got from it I think. Google is your friend!
Also, I got my 50th geocache yesterday! Waahoooo
